Keyword in the url is selling like HOT-CAKES these days.

However, keyword in the TITLE are not appreciated much by search engines.

IMO thats pretty simple.

The fool bar does not report True PR, So its primary purpose would seem to be to fool the public into thinking that it is somehow is important and let them ponder that instead of trying to figure out how Google ranking algo works.

PR is such a miniscule part of Googles ranking scheme that if you for some reason rely on it you are a fool IMO
