well, I have been thinking about this; first of all I should make the research and the commenting separated anyway, as most of the blogs we find are worth it to comment in weekly or so, which means that after 2-3 researches we'll have a very good list to comment on; which is what you already have, so then it's just about commenting ...

but ... many things depend on your requirements, and so the way we work;
take more risks for higher PR's or play safe to get more links?
submit to multiple pages in the same blog or not ...
become member of a group and jump around
post to anything related or only related AND high PR ...

so, the level of difficulty will determine how much we can do in 4 or 8 hours ...

mmm ... I did answer a PM from you ... let me check my emails ... we did have an electricity cut yesterday, some big works going here, so yesterday we couldn't work ... but that was just yesterday ...

i am new to this site, but for what its worth i think if the idiots that were spending their time spaming sites like this concentrated on good quality seo then they would be better off.

It depends on the quality of the site that contains the link. In my experience you would be better off spending the money to have an authoritative article written on your niche!

Content is king, if you have any spare budget spend it on your own site and not to add value to others

Firstly what are you using to check how many links you have?

Second, Just getting your site seen is not in itself going to get you back links. You need to look at your content. Are you providing other sites with a reason to link to you?

Content is king, work on great quality and link bait and give someone a reason to link to you. If your sites contact is sub standard then you will always strugle to get links!

The important thing to remember that search engines are not like yellow pages. Once you are there, your not guaranteed to stay there simply because you were before. You are also not entitled for listing.

If you have not being pursuing SEO actively, it may be a sign that your competitor are just passing you and there are datacenter variances that are indicated this.

We have a problem that our site gets found for key terms for years, then in the past 6 weeks some days they have been live and some days they have not. Its not a total ban and or page glues.

Normally we are say link 4-5 for a result, then we drop out for 3-5 days then we come back again. Its happened 3 times in 6 weeks but only for a few terms, not all our terms

Any ideas gladly welcomed

I also rank much better on yahoo for every single keyword that I have been targeting.

I started focusing on off-site SEO (primarily link building using anchortext) about 3 months ago. The site is 1 year old.

Is it true that it takes longer to be effective on google?
